ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is an ancient form of medicine involving the insertion of sterile, disposable needles, into the skin at specific points on the body. Acupuncture is often used as an alternative to, or in combination with, conventional therapies or medications. Acupuncture is extremely successful in the prevention and treatment of a multitude of conditions.

AURICULAR THERAPY

Auricular therapy is a technique that is incorporated throughout most acupuncture sessions. It involves placing tiny needles, ear seeds or semi-permanent needles, in and around the ear. This is extremely effective for treating any mental health conditions, addictions, digestive issues and headaches.

BENEFITS OF ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture can help treat a multitude of conditions including - stress, anxiety and other mental health conditions - digestive issues - back pain and muscle pain - headaches and migraines - chronic pain - addictions - insomnia - coughs and colds - women's health, infertility, menstrual regulation and hot flashes.

GUA SHA AND CUPPING THERAPY

Gua Sha is a technique where a jade stone is used to scrape the skin to relieve any tension and pain by promoting blood flow, stimulating the lymphatic system and "working out" any knots.

Cupping therapy involves placing suctioned cups along the back to again promote circulation and relieve tension.
