Ashley grew up in Quispamsis, NB but now lives in beautiful Charlotte County. She completed her acupuncture training in 2015 and is a member in good standing with the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada.

Since her primary studies concluded in 2015, Ashley has continued taking many advanced courses in mental health, fertility, allergy elimination, insomnia, cosmetic acupuncture and pain conditions. In the 10 years she has been practicing, Ashley has helped hundreds of clients all with conditions and ailments ranging from foot pain to IBS and beyond.

Outside of holistic medicine, Ashley enjoys spending time with her friends, family and especially her animals, she is a big animal lover.

ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is an ancient form of medicine involving the insertion of sterile, disposable needles, into the skin at specific points on the body. Acupuncture is often used as an alternative to, or in combination with, conventional therapies or medications. Acupuncture is extremely successful in the prevention and treatment of a multitude of conditions.
AURICULAR THERAPY
Auricular therapy is a technique that is incorporated throughout most acupuncture sessions. It involves placing tiny needles, ear seeds or semi-permanent needles, in and around the ear. This is extremely effective for treating any mental health conditions, addictions, digestive issues and headaches.
BENEFITS OF ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture can help treat a multitude of conditions including - stress, anxiety and other mental health conditions - digestive issues - back pain and muscle pain - headaches and migraines - chronic pain - addictions - insomnia - coughs and colds - women's health, infertility, menstrual regulation and hot flashes.
GUA SHA AND CUPPING THERAPY
Gua Sha is a technique where a jade stone is used to scrape the skin to relieve any tension and pain by promoting blood flow, stimulating the lymphatic system and "working out" any knots.
Cupping therapy involves placing suctioned cups along the back to again promote circulation and relieve tension.
