Relaxing by the Water

Acupuncture is an ancient form of medicine involving the insertion of sterile, disposable needles, into the skin at specific points on the body. Acupuncture is often used as an alternative to or in combination with conventional therapies or medications. Acupuncture is extremely successful in the prevention and treatment of a multitude of conditions.

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet and hands. These points and areas correspond to different body organs and systems, and pressing on them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health. Millions of people around the world often use reflexology to complement other treatments when addressing conditions.

Acupuncture can help treat a multitude of conditions including - stress, anxiety and other mental health conditions - digestive issues - back pain and muscle pain - headaches and migraines - chronic pain - addictions - insomnia - coughs and colds - women's health, infertility, menstrual regulation and menopause.

From environmental to food allergies, this treatment can help reduce/eliminate your body's improper immune response to certain allergens. Acupuncture combined with the technique NAET is what is used to provide relief from your allergies. Contact me to find out about your specific needs.
