PREPARATION:
You must provide and wear a face mask if you are ill.

Please wear comfortable clothing to your session, be mindful of strong perfumes or hair products
and ensure you are hydrated the day of your session. For Foot Reflexology, please wear clothing that allows easy access to the lower leg.

TIME FRAME:
Please allot an extra 15 minutes onto your Service, to allow time for intake & question before your session as well as transition time and payment following your session.

LOCATIONS:

ST GEORGE: I am located at 214 Main St inside Not just backs chiropractic, please use the left side door.

SAINT JOHN: I am located inside Serene Physique at 473 Millidge Ave, next to the Tipsy Tomato restaurant.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS:
Please complete and send back the health history form that will be emailed to you prior to our session.

**PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR UNTIL OUR APPOINTMENT TIME**

This location may have some scents, such as essential oils and other mild (natural non perfume) scents. If you are sensitive, please let me know at booking, so I can ensure scents are not present in my room and the space is well ventilated before your session.

PAYMENT:
Please be aware, I only accept exact cash, cheque or e-transfer. Direct billing can be done for most insurance companies for acupuncture sessions. Please bring your insurance cards during your initial session.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, please contact me directly. 506- 608- 9978 or ashley94vautour@gmail.com.
I do require 24 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Failing to provide proper notice will results in a cancellation fee (40$). Last minute cancellations (less than 2 hours) and no-shows are subject to full payment of session.
